Terms & Ordering Information
All orders must be made in writing. No order is considered accepted until confirmed in writing by Creative Openings. Confirmed orders may not be cancelled.
Changes to Orders
Any change to a confirmed order will be considered made when confirmed in writing by Creative Openings to you. Any change requested will be subject to approval of Creative Openings.
Payment for Order
Payment in full at time of order is preferred. However, we will begin building your door upon receipt of 50% of the total amount for the order. Any balance due on order is due upon completion of your order and before order leaves our shop.
All prices of our products are based on the latest product information. We reserve the right to change prices, materials and specifications, or discontinue a product without notice. However, any change that would affect your order will be made known to you upon its confirmation. Prices do not include sales, use, excise or any other taxes. Applicable taxes will be paid by the customer.
All our doors are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 1 full year from the date of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling.
Unless otherwise specified and confirmed all orders are shipped F.O.B. our shop freight collect. Order is shipped when payment in full is received by Creative Openings. Creative Openings is not liable for carrier delay in shipment or delivery or for damages claimed to result from such delay. Title is transferred when the product is received by the carrier. Prior to shipment all products are inspected to verify that they are in excellent condition. The customer should examine the product for damages not noted on the carrier's delivery receipt. Claims for damage or loss must be placed with carrier at the point of delivery. Allow approximately two weeks for delivery.
